Add some Color to your Toast
Here’s a creative way for your toddler to enjoy eating toast. Something I do with my daughter is “paint” toast. Add 2-3 drops of food coloring to ½ cup of milk. Using a never-been-used-before water color brush, “paint” designs on white bread. Then pop the bread in the toaster. The part of the bread that was left unpainted will brown, but the painted parts will retain their color. You can also do this with pancakes, but you add the food coloring to batter, and paint with it. Enjoy!
