The Rainbow Fish, written by Marcus Pfister, has a wonderful message. It is about a fish that is more beautiful than all the other fish because of its shimmering scales. When asked if he would share his beautiful scales, Rainbow Fish replies that he will not. In the end, he decides that having friends is better than being the most beautiful fish in the sea.This book also contains wonderful illustrations.
